Spanish Property Sales Increase Q3 2012
Amongst all the doom and gloom surrounding the Spanish property market recently released figures from the National Institute Of Statistics offer a small note of optimism. They have just reported 22489 sales took place in October 2012 an increase of 14% on the same month last year.
Corresponding figures released from the Ministry of Public Works show that transaction volumes have stabilised in third quarter 2012 after reporting large falls in the corresponding period last year.
Both sets of figures show the largest increases have taken place in the coastal areas and this is backed up by reports from many agents on the ground.
Whilst transactions levels are still well down on previous years before the slump began in 2007 the abundance of bargains to be had is obviously tempting an increasing number of would be buyers to invest in Spanish property.
